Komo Live was used as a digital activation tool by North Melbourne Football Club at their game versus Port Adelaide at Marvel Stadium. The activation was sponsored by North Melbourne Football Club game day partner, Gourmet Traveller Gift Card.
The activation was a great success. Both the team and its sponsor, Gourmet Traveller, wanted to build their consumer database as well as growing awareness amongst the fans in the stadium.
The activation was held at half time and had the fans in the stadium competing against each other in a bid to win the major prize of a $1,500 Gourmet Traveller Gift Card. Every fan that participated also won a small prize just for playing.
An activation of this nature allows clubs like North Melbourne Football Club to demonstrate to their sponsors the ROI of their sponsorship agreements in a data-driven method.
